-WHO WILL CLEAN MY HOME?

Your home will be cleaned by a regularly assigned, fully trained, Red Hot Maid.  While in your home, no staff member is allowed to smoke.


-AM I LIABLE FOR WORKER’S COMPENSATION, INSURANCE OR TAXES?

No!  No need to worry ! Red Hot Maids takes care of this for you.


HOW DOES OUR RELATIONSHIP WORK?

Red Hot Maids values two way communication , we rely on a report-back system in which every aspect of our

staff’s behavior is evaluated. If you’re happy, tell a friend – if you are unhappy, tell us immediately.


-HOW DO I KNOW RED HOT MAIDS WILL DO A GOOD JOB?

At Red Hot Maids we believe in going the extra mile! All our employees come experienced and receive thorough training. Our maid leaves behind a customer satisfaction report after each visit for rating and comments. We also provide significant incentives to all employees for the quality of their work, judged by our clients. Should there be problem, call us and we will rectify it.


-DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY CLEANING MATERIAL/EQUIPMENT?

We request that you supply chemicals and general household cleaning equipment. Our staff is familiar with most of the supermarket shelf products; however should you require us to bring our own cleaning kit we charge an extra fee for that.



-WHAT WORK WILL RED HOT MAIDS DO  IN MY HOME?

Our service includes the dusting of skirtings’, pictures, lampshades, knick-knacks, windowsills, furniture, basic light fixtures and vacuuming throughout. Cupboard fronts are spot cleaned, floors are washed, and the kitchen and bathrooms are sanitized the old fashioned way. We will try our best to accommodate all your cleaning needs. All instructions are taken from the client. All ironing requirements & folding of laundry instructions e.g. pleats, collars, cuffs must be instructed by the client.



-DO I HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN THE MAID ARRIVES?

Not necessarily, most of our clients are not – the choice is yours – for security, only the professionals who clean your home have access to the keys. For added security, keys are coded individually and cross-referenced separately. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning, you may incur a lockout charge.


-AT WHAT TIME WILL THE MAID BE AT MY HOME?

Our normal workdays are Mondays through Saturdays. At Red Hot Maids we work on a route and

roaster system to drop off and collect our maids. We start dropping off as early as 0545 in areas closest to our office, leaving one area for the next. The maids are collected exactly 8hours from the time they are dropped off in the morning.

Unfortunately specific times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and human problems.


-ARE MY VALUABLES SAFE WITH RED HOT MAIDS?

If you have any special valuables, heirlooms or irreplaceable items, please put them away. Kindly note that all valuables e.g. jewellery , money, foreign currency must be locked away so that there can be no temptation. Red Hot Maids do not take responsibility for any claims on breakages and alleged theft allegations. All  supervision to be undertaken by the client.


-WHAT IF I HAVE TO CHANGE THE SCHEDULED CLEANING?

Due to the advanced scheduling of Red Hot Maids, we appreciate a 48-hour notice for changes. Unfortunately we may find it necessary to charge a late cancellation fee when short notice is given and we are unable to reassign the maid.



-HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?

Contract Clients - To pay as per our terms and conditions discussed in the contract agreement.

COD /Ad hoc Clients - Payment is required prior to service going out to client.

Kindly note that we do not accept cheques.


-HOW DO I ENSURE I GET THE SAME MAID FOR EVERY VISIT?

The only way to ensure, that the same maid is sent for every service, is by entering into a contract agreement. This is a very basic contract; you will not be affected by any UIF, sick leave, maternity leave or any labor disputes. By using our contract services you will always be assured of regular service sent on the day/s that you require. Please contact US for further information.


-COD/Adhoc  Clients

We cannot guarantee the same maid on each visit, as the particular maid may already have been requested, by another client or the maid has been requested to go on contract with a client.
