Our contracts are fixed for 6, 12, 24 months, with no automatic renewal. Red Hot has all the necessary labour, material, equipment to carry out any projects. Our management is always working on our service standards and constantly upgrading our products and systems to meet market requirements. Our staff is honest, reliable and professionally trained.

We have supervisors and team leaders who are in touch with clients and staff on a daily basis. All our staff are trained and equipped with cell phones for easy communications throughout the day. Red Hot is available to offer clients a helping hand 24hours; we do take last minute jobs. We use the most modern and technologically advanced machinery available to increase our capacity and efficiency allowing us to accommodate our growing client base. Staff and Staff Training
Most training in our industry takes place on site. At Red Hot our Initial training takes place at our offices and covers product knowledge and company policies and procedures. We take pride in our hardworking, honest and reliable staff. They have all been trained to carry out the various tasks that are associated with the nature of our business.
The practical training takes place when we send staff in the field with our existing team leaders; this gives them first hand experience on the customer requirements and what’s expected of them. Training is on-going to ensure staff are up to date with market trends and various customer specific needs prior to commencement of new projects. We draw our staff from our pool of casual staff that we maintain. At Red Hot we always take time for a thorough training programme, we do work closely with each trainee until they have mastered all the skills and techniques to provide the quality of cleaning we demand.
